1. Consultation Fees

• Initial consultations are often free or charged at a nominal rate.

• If a fee is paid and you choose not to proceed with surgery, this consultation fee is non-refundable but may be credited toward future treatment within 6 months.

2. Surgical Deposits & Cancellations

To secure your surgery date, a deposit may be required. Our cancellation and refund guidelines are as follows:

• Cancellation more than 7 days prior to surgery: Full refund of deposit.

• Cancellation within 7 days of surgery: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• Cancellation within 48 hours of surgery or failure to attend: Deposit is non-refundable.

We understand emergencies happen—please contact our team as soon as possible to discuss your options if you cannot attend.

3. Post-Surgical Results & Non-Refundable Nature of Surgery

Laser eye surgery outcomes are highly successful, but individual results can vary. While we are dedicated to achieving optimal results:

• Surgical fees are non-refundable once the procedure has taken place.

• Enhancements or retreatments, if medically appropriate, may be provided at a reduced or no cost, depending on your post-operative assessment and terms discussed prior to treatment.

4. Refunds Due to Medical Unsuitability

If, after your screening or further clinical evaluation, our surgeons determine that you are not a suitable candidate for laser vision correction:

• Any deposit or pre-paid amount will be fully refunded, minus any agreed consultation fees already provided.

5. Payment Plans & Third-Party Financing

Refunds for patients using third-party finance providers are subject to the terms of those providers. Please refer to their policies directly. We can support you in communication if needed.
